Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the SonRise Mission Gala! This form helps us gather the information needed to place volunteers in roles where they can best serve and support the event.

Please complete all required fields and select all service areas where you are available to help. Selecting an area indicates availability, not a guaranteed assignment.
Additional questions will appear based on the service areas you select. These help our team understand experience, availability, and any role-specific needs.
Volunteer roles, schedules, and any training or arrival details will be communicated closer to the event date.
If you have flexibility or special skills that may be helpful, please include that information when prompted.
