Check-In:

Check-in begins at 9:00 AM on Monday, August 3rd at the camp’s registration building.

Need a ride? You can check your child in at Calvary SonRise Oshkosh at 7:00 AM, and we’ll provide transportation to camp. Just be sure to indicate this on the registration form!

Check-Out:

Camp ends on Friday, August 7th. You may pick up your child:

• At the camp at 11:00 AM, or

• Back at Calvary SonRise at 1:00 PM (if they need a return ride—again, note this on the form!)

Registration Deadline:

We encourage all families to pre-register by July 15th. This helps us plan well and ensures your child gets a Youth Conference t-shirt!

Registrations submitted after July 15th (online or in person) are still welcome—but t-shirt availability is not guaranteed.

What to Expect at Camp

• Rustic but ready: Twin Lakes is a traditional scout camp, so while there’s no running water in every building, water stations for washing and drinking are located near all lodging and activity areas.

• Toilets: Pit-style toilets are available throughout the camp, and flushing toilets are accessible in limited locations.

• Showers: Private, locking shower stalls are available and scheduled for each group throughout the week.

• Respectful Participation: Children as young as 10 years old are welcome, provided they’re able to engage in teaching sessions (up to one hour) and conduct themselves respectfully in group settings.

• Cost: The conference has a $50 per person cost to help cover food and materials. If this cost is a concern, please contact us—we’d love to help.
